Side to Side
Use big noodle to keep you afloat.
Start with knees bent under you.
Shoot both legs out to right.
Bring both knees bent back under you.
Now shoot legs out to left.
This isn't easy, is it?
Front to Back
Start with knees bent under you.
Shoot legs out to front.
Bring bent knees back under you.
Shoot legs to back.
Ouch! That's hard isn't it!
