Knee Lifts



Start with legs together.
One at a time lift leg, bending knee.
Bring leg all the way to the floor before raising the other leg.

Wide Knee Lifts



Now bring your feet farther apart.
Bringing knees up one at a time.
This will work your inner thighs a bit more.
Ins and Outs



Now we'll get a little more complicated.
Start with a regular knee lift.
Right leg, then left leg.
Now let's do a wide knee lift.
Right leg, then left leg.
Bring those feet together, and let's do it again.
