Kicks

Front Kicks



Start with feet together.
Kick one leg at a time toward the front, alternating legs.
Bring leg al the way back beside the other before kicking out the other leg.

Side Kicks



Starting with legs together, kick out side to side.
Be sure to bring leg down beside the other before kicking it out.

Back Kicks



Start with legs together.
Kick legs back, alternating right and left.
Bring legs al the way back together before kicking the other leg back.

3-Way Kicks



This is a little more work!
Start with right leg.
Kick right leg to front, then to side, then to back.
Now let's try it with the left leg.
Kick the left leg to the front, then the side, then the back.
Come on, let's do it again!
