With noodle in front of you, bend knees and lift knees towards shoulders.
For more of a work out, cross ankles will lifting knees and pushing feet back toward pool bottom.

With noodle in front of you, twist and lift left knee toward right shoulder.
Alternate and lift right knee toward left shoulder.
For more of a work out, cross feet at ankles.
