Combination Kicks

Okay, now we're going to combine kicks with some other moves.
This will be a bit more difficult!

Quad Kicks



Start with feet together.
Bring leg to a knee lift position.
Kick leg out.
Bring leg back to knee lift position.
Bring leg back to floor.
Now try it with the other leg.



Can Can Kicks



Start with feet together.
Right knee lift.
Feet together.
Right front kick.
Feet together.
Now try it with the left leg.
