1244 miles between my sweet lady and me...
But She's with me all the time,
We are as close as we can be....
I am hers and She is mine.
In the morning as I wake up..
I am reviewing the day we met.
As I make my way to the shower,
I am recalling all the sweet words we have said..
As I put on the last piece of clothing..
I see the night she truely won my heart..
And as I drive the few miles to my drug store job..
I just can't see Us ever apart...
My thoughts move forward into a future I see
As the morning grows toward noon.
We are walking together in the light of the moon.
And the rings on Our hands they shine so beautifully.
As lunch time comes my hunger is little
In my mind She and I are snuggled so close
We are watching a romantic movie,
but it's Our hearts that are starring the most.
Each day is like a lifetime on this road of 1244.
I live the past and the future of Us
And I just keep loving it more.
In my visions, we are are married and so happy each day
And by nightime she crawls in my dreams....
So until we can really be side by side
Our love is strong enough each day to redeem!
