Oh Lord, What awesome hands you have reaching out so far......
You stand there looking over us-You know our every scar......
We scurry all around in our little earthly plans.....
And You, with all Your mercy, Smile at our quaint demands.....
"OUR BOSS IS SUCH A PAIN, WISH HE WOULD DRY UP AND BLOW AWAY!"
We say such things in anger, What if God reacted that same way?
We look over at our neighbor and overlook our own vice.....
I thank Jesus for Looking Over Me and paying Calvary's Price.....
We walk around in wonder--Puzzled, weary and weak....
While looking over our trials, we overlook God as He speaks.....
"MY CHILD, I AM WITH THEE, DRAW NEAR AND ASK ME IN!".....
We look down instead of looking up and we overlook Him again....
So true, we are God's Children, and He loves Us every one....
He wants Us all in Heaven someday, when our work here is done.....
But don't think for a minute, that he will over look any of our sins....
Unforgiven times we've overlooked will show up BIG TIME in the end.....
