~~P R E S E N T S:~~

Me.

I'm in my own generation
that's full of consecration
To the wrong things that will cause our own damnation

You can't say we're not committed
we're ready to be fitted
And prepared to undertake any task that has been knitted

We're ripe and hungry and will survive
while keeping our passions alive
Even though in the end we'll all take a dive

We are weak in this still
for we're without God's will
Yet we aren't introduced to the only thing that can fill

So here's my creed
as I sit high on my steed
I'll get down and mingle with them-trek through the weeds

I can't idly sit by and ignore God's call
keep banging my head against the wall
Because he ordained it, I'm willing to fall

Me.
I'm gonna reach my generation
that's full of consecration
So that maybe they'll see the light and God'll save them from damnation.
