I wonder ...
do things ever get as good as they can be?
Everyone has their own little world swirling around at a million miles an hour,
and we are sort of like on a rollercoaster ride, with our pockets full of pennies....
Who knows whats gonna fall out, how much are we gonna keep, how much is lost, and how much is gone forever?
Hum.....I am still breathing,
So, God is still able to use me...that's good!
At the same time, the devil can also beat me down from time to time,
until I wake up from my spiritual laziness....
Sometimes I feel so lacking in so many things, that I wonder why God don't just take me,
give me a hard kick and leave me in the valley!
But....He doesn't.....
He makes clouds in those funny little shapes for a reason.
So they don't locked together perfectly,
so every so often they part a bit more,
and the sun shoots its powerful beam through them to remind us, the blue skies are right underneath.
People are like clouds,
They float in and out of your life,
sometimes they crowd you,
sometimes they are like big fluffy balls of cotton candy up there,
and then there are those people who are those clouds that are always willing to break apart from the rest in order to let the sunlight in.......

And I thank YOU for not only floating in and out of my life.....
But hope, that you are one of those "clouds" that if I remember to look up more often will see that you are always up there....
always giving way to the sun, to be a special, special friend.
One that lifts me out of my own misty valley and lets me join in and hopefully,
be one of those puffy, cotton candy clouds, at least, some of the time...
