====MIRACLES IN THE FAST LANE====

I want to share with each of you just a few example of how God has worked in My life.

One time when we were moving to Houston from Omaha, I was pulling the largest U-haul trailer I could rent, and when we got to Dallas, just on the north outskirts, I found myself in an exit only lane, with heavy traffic.
I had no choice but to exit, and immediately after I exited, the traffic on the freeway came to a stop. It was blocked solid, but I was off, on another road, so had no traffic. I was very upset, but had to choice but to keep going.

After driving for what seemed like a very long ways, but surprisingly only one or two stops, I saw some traffic up ahead, and when I got there, to my surprise, it was I45, just where I was supposed to be, but all the way through Dallas.

Now there is no road through Dallas without any traffic, and to leave I35, and wind up on I45, just where I was supposed to be, to me is a miracle.

Another time, in 1983, I lost my job. I decided to take my wife to Florida, to Cypress Gardens and on the way back, I called home to see if we had any messages.
We were almost out of money by then, but there were two messages on the answering machine, wanting me to go to work.
This happened several times, just when the money was about to run out, I was called to go to work.
It sure helped my faith out a lot.

Then lastly about five years ago, just out of the blue, I had two real estate agents call me about selling the house we were living in. I had not even considered selling the house, but I took it as maybe something I should do. The neighborhood was going the wrong way, and we didn't really feel too safe there anymore, so we went ahead and put the house up for sale. I told the Lord that I would make no further effort, and if He wanted us to stay there we would. The day came for us to close on the house, but the real estate agent called me and said there was no reason to come to the office, because they hadn't gotten any paperwork.

I just told the Lord that it was up to Him and I wouldn't be upset any way it went. About a half hour later the agent called back and said to come on down. We were able to sell my house and buy another one without even leaving the office, within an hour of time, and the house that I bought, I purchased for 14,000 dollars under the appraised value. this confirmed that just trusting the Lord to work is so much better than anything I could do.

Bringing you Up to date..My Wife passed away in 2000, I felt lost and felt I would never be happy again... but the Lord stepped in and lead Farris and I together. I have seen miracles in my life...I believe in miracles and God has many waiting for You, too....Thanks for reading my testimony... ----God Bless you, Mike Fast....
