What a difference it makes when in total despair,
One cries out to God while kneeling in prayer,
And God's divine power comes down from above,
Filling the heart with peace and love.
What a difference there is when one goes astray,
And calls upon the Father to show him the way
Then God in His mercy reveals His own son,
It's through His shed blood the battle is won.
What a difference there is when one lost in sin
Bows in repentance, and Jesus comes in.
That soul now lives as never before,
And shall dwell with God forevermore.
What a difference it makes...
Praise His holy name,
When God touches something,
it's never the same.
