If you let prayer and Bible reading

Slide by a day or so

You'll soon find out that your hearts fence

Now has an awful hole.

Take time to mend your fence,

Around your soul and heart,

So the devil can't ever enter in,

And tear your life apart

 As the farmer mends his fences,

So to keep his beasts inside

So ought we to do our fences,

To keep Jesus in our lives.
