Hi Everyone. Today, we are going to a resort area. We are going to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Puerto Vallarta is a Mexican beach resort city situated on the Pacific
Ocean's Bahia de Banderas Bay. The 2010 census reported Puerto
Vallarta's population as 255,725 making it the second largest city in
the state of Jalisco. The City of Puerto Vallarta is the government
seat of the Municipality of Puerto Vallarta.
Puerto Vallarta is primarily a tourist area. The old world charm of
the city, along with the beach and warm weather lures tourists to
this area.
February is normally the coolest month with average temperatures between
61 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit. August and September are the warmest
months with average temperatures between 73 and 93 degrees F.
September tends to be the rainiest month with an average of 14.6
inches, with a yearly average of 54.8 inches of rain.
