Hi Everyone. Our trip today is to Belleville, Kansas. It is a small
town in the northern part of Kansas. I have never been there, but
know someone that lives there.

Belleville is a city in and the county seat of Republic County, Kansas,
United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 1,991.
Belleville was founded in 1869, and incorporated as a city in 1878.
It's elevation is 1,545 feet above sea level.

Belleville has the nickname of the "Crossroads of America".

January is normally the coldest month with average temperatures between
16 and 37° F. July is normally the warmest month with average
temperatures between 67 and 91° F. June tends to be the rainiest
month with an average of 4.6 inches, and a yearly average of 30.1
inches of rain. January and February are normally the snowiest months
with an average of 4.9 inches per month, and a yearly average of 19.1
inches of snow.

Belleville can have extreme temperatures. May, June, July and September
all have record temperatures above 100° F, with the top record in
August of 114° F. November, December, January, February and March all
have had temperatures below -10° F.
