14th most populous city in Colorado. In 2012, the population of the
city of Loveland was 70,223. The city was founded in 1877 and
incorporated in 1881
Loveland's nickname is "The Sweetheart City". It's elevation is 4,982
feet above sea level. There are 2 lakes, Loveland Lake and Boyd Lake,
in the city.
