TOMATO AND CORN SALSA

INGREDIENTS:


1/2 cup cooked and cooled corn kernels

1 1/4 cups chopped tomato

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tsp hot sauce

1/2 tsp olive oil

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground cumin


DIRECTIONS:


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Yeild: 2 cups

Note:The Salsa can be made a day in advance. Cover and chill.
