INGREDIENTS:
SYRUP
1/2 C. Brewed Espresso or Strong Coffee
1/4 C. Brandy
2 T. Sugar
FILLING
1 Lb. Mascarpone Cheese
1/4 C. Sugar
2 C. Heavy Cream
2 packages lady fingers
About 1/4 C. Cocoa (for dusting)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all syrup ingredients in bowl, set aside.
2. Blend mascarpone with sugar in a bowl.
3. Beat 1 C. heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Fold into mascarpone mixture.
5. Layer lady fingers, drizzled with syrup and mascarpone mixture.
6. Top with remaining 1 C. beaten heavy cream.
7. Dust top with cocoa.
