INGREDIENTS
2-1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Separate sections of chicken wings at joints, discarding wing tip portion.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl or plastic bag; add chicken wings; stir or shake to coat.
Place a single layer on 2 greased (15x10x1") baking pans.
Bake 25 minutes; turn and bake 10 minutes longer, or until chicken juices run clear.
Note: Recipe may be easily doubled.
