SUNNY PUMPKIN CAKE

INGREDIENTS:


1 pkg. yellow cake mix

1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin

2 eggs

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1/2 cup salted roasted sunflower seeds


DIRECTIONS:


In large bowl, combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, water, and spice.

Blend until moist. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed or 300 strokes by hand.

Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.
