SIMPLE CHEESE BALL

INGREDIENTS:


2 blocks (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened

8 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained well

4 tbsp. onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

2 tbsp. garlic, minced

to taste: salt and pepper

2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped


DIRECTIONS:


In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion,
green pepper, garlic and seasoning.

Mix well until blended.

Either roll into 1 or 2 balls. (Can freeze second for a later date.)

Roll in chopped nuts to coat.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pita chips.

Makes 15 servings.
