ORANGE BLOSSOM CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix

as directed on box: eggs. oil and water

1 jar (10 oz.) orange marmalade

3 tsp. grated orange zest, divided use

3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

2 tbsp. orange juice

DIRECTIONS:


CAKE:


Heat oven to 350ºF.

Grease Bundt pan and flour generously using some of the dry cake mix.

Prepare cake according to pkg. directions, but reduce water to 1 cup

Add marmalade and 2 tsp. orange zest. Mix well.

Bake 45 - 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.

GLAZE:


Mix sugar and 1 tsp. orange zest

Add orange juice, 1 tsp. at a time, until pourable consistency.

Pour over cooled cake.

Makes 6 - 8 servings.
