HONEY GRAHAM PORK CHOPS

INGREDIENTS:


4 pork chops

1 egg

1 single pack of honey graham crackers, crushed

Salt and pepper to taste




DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Season chops with salt and pepper.

Dip in beaten egg.

Coat both sides of chops with graham cracker crumbs.

Place in baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
Turn chops and bake an additional 20 minutes.
