INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
18 small dinner rolls, split in half
3/4 lb cooked ham thinly sliced (deli ham works great)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4oz) (or cheese of choice)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In small bowl, stir together butter, onion, mustard, and Worchestershire sauce.
Spread over both sides of rolls.
Place some of the ham and cheese on the bottom of each roll.
Replace roll tops.
Place in a foil-lined baking pan. Cover loosely with foil.
Bake in a 350° oven for 15-20 min, or until heated through.
