GRILLED CHOPS

INGREDIENTS:


3/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tbsp. chili sauce

1 tbsp. brown sugar

1 clove garlic, minced

6 rib- or loin pork chops (about 1-1/2" thick)




DIRECTIONS:


Combine first 5 ingredients.

Place chops in a gallon size zipper bag and pour marinade over.

Refrigerate 3 - 6 hours, or overnight.

To cook, remove chops from marinade; grill or broil 4" from heat to desired taste.

Brush occasionally with marinade.

Makes 6 servings.
