DIABETIC BANANA ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:


3/4 cup Splenda® no calorie sweetener, granulated

1 pkg. (8 oz.) 1/3 less fat cream cheese

2 ripe bananas

2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cans (10 oz. eacn) reduced fat crescent rolls




DIRECTIONS:


Heat oven to 350ºF.

Mix Splenda, cream cheese, bananas and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl,
using a hand mixer. Mix until creamy.

Place crescent rolls on an ungreased baking sheet.

Spread 1 tbsp. filling onto each crescent roll.

Roll into crescent shape.

Bake 12 - 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Makes 16 servings.
