INGREDIENTS:
1 pound cut up chicken breast skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup (or any other creamed soup)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1 cup small baby carrots
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder (dash)
1/2 package of noodles
1 cup low fat sour cream
1 pint of cream
DIRECTIONS:
Put chicken, soup, broth, water, carrots, oil, salt, pepper,
and garlic powder into crock pot. Stir
Cook on high for 5 hours.
Add noodles, sour cream and cream.
Stir into stew.
Cook 30 to 40 minutes on high.
Serves 6 to 10.
Experiment with different cream soups or vegetables. You could throw in any leftover veggies.
