CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, slightly beaten

1 cup melted, unsalted butter or margarine

1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 (10") unbaked pie crust


DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 325ºF

Mix white sugar, brown sugar and flour

Stir in eggs and butter, combining well.

Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.

Spread mixture in crust, and bake 60 - 70 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 8 servings.
