4 chicken breasts, thawed, cut up into cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
In mixing bowl, stir milk and soup until smooth.
Add 1 cup of cheese.
Stir in chicken pieces.
Pour into a 9x13" pan.
Spread 1/2 cup cheese on top of chicken.
Cover with prepared stuffing.
Bake about 35 minutes, until chicken is completely cooked.
Makes 4 servings.
