BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:


1 lb. ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

6 c. chopped cabbage

1 can tomato soup

salt and pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS:


Saute beef and onion til hot but not too browned. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

Place 3 c. cabbage in casserole dish

Add the meat and add the remaining 3 c. cabbage on top of meat.

Pour the can of tomato soup on top of the cabbage.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
