CAKE:


2 EGGS

2 C FLOUR

1 TSP SALT

4 C SLICED OR CHOPPED APPLES

2 TSP BAKING POWDER

1 C CHOPPED NUTS

2 C SUGAR

2 TSP VANILLA

2 TSP CINNAMON



TOPPING:


1 C BROWN SUGAR

1.2 C FLOUR

2 STICKS (1 CUP) SOFTENED BUTTER

1 C CHOPPED NUTS

DIRECTIONS:


PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

MIX CAKE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CAKE BATTER (WILL BE VERY DRY INGREDIENTS JUST MIXED AS NO LIQUID).

PUT IN GREASED 9X13 PAN.

MIX TOPPING INGREDIENTS & PUT ON TOP OF CAKE MIX.

BAKE 50-60 MIN AT 350. THIS IS A VERY MOIST GOOEY CAKE
