Wow!  This Austin Healey from AutoArt is simply amazing.  I love my five Kysoho Healeys, but the AA is on an even loftier level of execution, which is extremely high praise. A few examples: On the Kyoshos, the chrome accents on top of the fenders are painted (beautifully), while AA has managed delicate, real chrome pieces. The external trunk hinges on the Kyoshos are ornamental (the trunk opens on internal diecast hinges). On the AA, these beautiful chrome hinges are also functional! There’s certainly no problem with the hood and trunk staying open on Kyosho’s models, but AA goes a step further by including support rods for both these panels. And as fine as Kyosho’s interiors are, AA’s borders on perfection. I wouldn’t be without the Kyoshos and only purchased the AA because of its unique (and may I say perfectly applied) color scheme. But it’s a rare treat to see this extreme level of detail offered for a still-reasonable price.

Another winner from Autoart.  I'm not a Healey expert and cannot speak to "accuracy", but the model is beautifully done.  Lots of little attention to detail that Autoart does so well.  The vertical spaces in the grill and hood scoop are open (not fake).  The engine comes wired, plumbed and has nicely placed tampos to add detail.  The wire wheels are gorgeous and finely detailed.  Love the way they replicated the trunk hinges and those support rods for the hood and trunk.  The paint is flawless and so smoooth.  The chrome work really is the "icing on the cake" for this model and is very well done.  Definitely a keeper!!
