Put Your Name Below The Fairy
Now Matte Out The blue In Frame
Fuzz=3000
Method=Replace
Paint Type=Matte
Go Up Click blue in Frame
Now Comp the Fill
It is Center+0+0
Click Tile Across
It is DSTOver
